Spiced Plum Sorbet
Spiced Plum Sorbet
1 can full fat coconut milk
3 plums
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 + 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
Salt to taste (please… for the love of all things good, don’t skip the salt)
Instructions:
Blend everything together
Churn according to ice cream maker
Serve immediately or freeze & allow to thaw about 20 minutes before scooping
Voilà!
No churn option: Up the cashews to a full cup. Start with blending all of the ingredients with about half a cup of coconut milk. Scrape down sides with a spatula and add more coconut milk as needed. This should be very thick and creamy straight out of the blender!
