Chocolate Coated Cashew Butter Plums

Every so often my dad passes an orchard on the way home from work. Without fail, every single time he does he brings me home more fresh fruits and vegetables and other goods than I know what to do with.

I like to think that God planted this gem of a treat in my brain. They taste divine, it would only make sense.

Chocolate Coated Cashew Butter Plums

Slice plums in half and pit them

Spread as much cashew butter as the center can hold

Dipped them in melted dark chocolate

Sprinkled salt on top for good measure

Refrigerate until chocolate solidifies

I think it’s safe last bar of Lindt chocolate (for now) went to good use. Really, really good use.
