My Autumn Grocery Guide
As the sky stays grey a little longer in the mornings and the leaves turn from green to gold, I start to crave warm meals, lots of orange foods, and the cozy scents that make my house smell like it’s Thanksgiving—sweet and savory heaven. Cookies, curries, soups, oat bakes, roasted vegetables, salads.
Fall is the time of year where my dinner is practically a personal smörgåsbord. It’s the “mix all the best things together until your plate is full” type of season. The months where we say “let’s throw fruits and nuts into this salad… and also let’s have pumpkin bread for a post workout snack.” You better believe I absolutely love every bite of autumn.
