Turkey Burger Patties

I love a good grilled burger, but a pan-fried burger is just as lovable.

Turkey Burger Patties

    Serves: 4


Ingredients:

  • 1lb ground turkey
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp hatch chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • Olive oil to cook

Instructions:

  1. Mix the seasonings together in a bowl before removing the turkey from its packaging
  2. Once fully combined, add the turkey in and mix until the flavors are evenly incorporated
  3. Heat a pan over medium flame
  4. Form the patty mixture into 4 normal sized or 8 mini sized burger patties
  5. Add the patties to the oiled pan, cover and cook for 2 minutes on each side
  6. Serve with your favorite burger buns, mini rolls, or in a burger bowl!
