Turkey Burger Patties
I love a good grilled burger, but a pan-fried burger is just as lovable.
Turkey Burger Patties

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 1lb ground turkey
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp hatch chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
- Olive oil to cook
Instructions:
- Mix the seasonings together in a bowl before removing the turkey from its packaging
- Once fully combined, add the turkey in and mix until the flavors are evenly incorporated
- Heat a pan over medium flame
- Form the patty mixture into 4 normal sized or 8 mini sized burger patties
- Add the patties to the oiled pan, cover and cook for 2 minutes on each side
- Serve with your favorite burger buns, mini rolls, or in a burger bowl!
