Cacao Waffles

Cacao Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 scoop Nuzest Rich Chocolate protein (if omitting, add an extra teaspoon of cacao powder and a tablespoon of oat flour)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together the egg, almond milk, and vanilla extract
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, chocolate protein and baking powder
  3. Use a mini waffle maker to yield 3 waffles
  4. Top with warmed and semi-mashed blackberries, tahini, slivered almonds and honey
