Mango Lime Cashew Crema

Mango Lime Cashew Crema

    Makes about 1 cup


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced (3 tbsp lime juice + 2 tsp lime zest)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions:

  1. Zest and juice one lime
  2. Add lime zest and juice to a blender with the frozen mango, sea salt, and water. Blend until smooth
  3. Add in the cashew butter and blend until evenly incorporated
  4. Add 1-2 extra tablespoons of water depending on desired consistency

Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
