This bread is grain free… and corn is a grain. HA!
Therefore, I shall confidently say that AWG bread is game-changing. Groundbreaking. Cutting-edge. Revolutionary in the world of bread.
I used the Cinnaspice bread to make French toast and regretted not a single thing.
Grain Free French Toast
Things I used:
2 slices AWG Cinnaspice bread
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
For topping:
Sliced banana
Maple syrup (I only use Coombs Family Farm's’ maple! Authentic from Vermont. I’m a loyalist)
How I did it:
Whisk the egg, vanilla and cinnamon
Dip two slices of bread in the mixture and allow to absorb as much of the egg as possible. Flip to make sure it’s fully coated
In a medium-heated pan, cook in avocado/olive/coconut oil/ghee until golden brown (about a minute on both sides)
Top with banana and maple syrup for a good time!
