For those who aren’t on the date train, jump on it. They taste like caramel but they’re FRUIT. Love that.

Chocolate Covered Crunchy Stuffed Dates

Slice them and take the pit out (If one is there)

Fill with crunchy natural peanut butter. Check that ingredients list! Peanuts and salt is all you need.

Add an actual nut (I added almonds and hazelnuts to give the nutty profile some variety)

Melt and drizzle or coat with Hu dark chocolate

Store in the fridge for a quick grab
