Cashew Butter Bites

Things I used:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • optional (but recommended) melted dark chocolate

How I did it:

  1. Mix the cashew butter and honey until evenly combined

  2. Fold in the rolled oats until dough is formed

  3. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes, or until dough is firm enough to mold

  4. Roll into 12 mini balls, drizzle or dip in melted chocolate, and refrigerate until snack time!
