Vanilla Maple Tahini Oatmeal
1/2 cup oats
1 cup cashew milk
A whole banana
1 scoop collagen
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamom
Sea salt to taste
Instructions:
Option 1: on a medium low heat, stirring until creamy
Option 2: Combine everything in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight
Top with pepitas, pecans, tahini & more cinnamon
